Rachel Chiodo (key-oh-doe), came as one chic Togepi. We’ve interviewed Rachel before and she is always fun to talk to. I was hoping to see her as Zelda again but given the heat it was not practical. She looked charming none the less, pun not intended. She is a self proclaimed cos player going on 7 years now. Her work as Yoko Littner won her best in show at AM2 earlier this year.
